Information on the processing of personal data

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data)

1. SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT

Data controller, pursuant to articles. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is Monica Merci - via Broiare 12, Affi VR ITALY.

2. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

The data processed are the name, surname, telephone number, email address, data of the requested stay.

We inform you that the personal data you provide may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.

Processing of personal data means: "any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or set of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization , structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction".

3. PURPOSE AND METHODS OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6) lit. f) EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes: to provide feedback to the request for information sent by you.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data provided will not be communicated to third parties external to the data controller.

Personal data are not processed outside the EU Area (EEA).

5. STORAGE PERIOD OR CRITERIA

If the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for any purpose and we are not required to retain it by law, we will do everything possible to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3. is necessary in order to receive feedback on the request for information sent. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the desired information.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

When we process your personal data, you become the owner of the rights to insert, update and delete them, which you can exercise at any time.

Useful information

Arrival Self-Check-in from 4 pm - Departure Check-out by 10 am.

Self-Check-IN via a lockbox, self-collection of keys to access the apartment.

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

For the booking confirmation, the number and expiry date of a valid credit card is required.

BOYS AND GIRLS are welcome.

Sheets and towels are provided upon your arrival. More frequent changes are available at an additional cost.

Cancellation policies: in case of no-show and in case of cancellation during the previous 2 days the full amount will be charged; while in case of cancellation from 3 to 15 days from the date of arrival one day cost will be charged; for cancellation prior to 16 days no amount will be charged.

Forms of payment accepted at the property: Cash, Bancomat, Visa credit card, Mastercard credit card.
